FOODS TO AVOID ON THE ELIMINATION DIET

The most common types of elimination diet involves removing specific foods or ingredients from your diet because you and your doctor think they may becausing allergy symptoms. Common  allergy-causing foods include milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy.
There are usually several steps to this diet.
1. Stop eating suspicious foods
Dairy products (lactose and casein)

Wheat (and other gluten containing foods)

Eggs (whites particularly)


Corn


Legumes which includes  Peanuts


Shellfish 
Nightshades ( potato, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers etc) (Sweet potatoes is just fine and can be eaten instead of potatoes) (I am totally allergic to potatoes with severe stomach pain, but sweet potato is fine and I enjoy it frequently)
All citrus fruits and juices

Sugar


Chocolate


Coffee


Black tea


Alcohol


Soy


Artificial sweeteners


Yeast



If you are allergic to latex, you may also react to: 

apple, apricot, avocado, banana, carrot, celery, cherry, chestnut, coconut, fig, fish, grape, hazelnut, kiwi, mango, melon, nectarine, papaya, passion fruit, peach,
pear, pineapple, plum, potato, rye, shellfish, strawberry, tomato, wheat
